What does our Physiotherapy program include?

• Individual assessment of residents to meet all relevant accreditation and validation requirements 

• Initial physiotherapy assessment documentation, reviewed quarterly or upon request 

• Manual handling assessment 

• Complex Health Care Directives 

• Provision of physiotherapy treatments, including pain management 

• Supporting directives with pain scales and treatment records

• Comprehensive falls reviews and updating of Manual Handling advice

• Return from Hospital reviews

• GP/RN requested reviews and treatments

• Manual Handling education

Our tailored programs are delivered to you in three phases: 

• Phase One: Pre-implementation ACFI review 

• Phase Two: Selection of your allied health clinician

• Phase Three: Program implementation, support and review
